About the Ryan Britton Partnership

Organisational Development Consultancy

The Ryan Britton Partnership represents a creative fusion of the talents and experience of Sheila Ryan and Geoff Britton.

Sheila is a trainer, coach, counsellor and team facilitator and Geoff a business coach, mentor, counsellor and wilderness practitioner.

We are comfortable and competent working at levels generally associated with 'left brain function.’ We can go beyond the usual remits of development training and team building to tackle the core issues.

The Ryan Britton partnership has therefore especial expertise in assisting teams and organisations in transition and in helping to resolve areas of conflict.

We see that the values, strengths and weaknesses of a team reflect those of its key people and so we work at the emotional interface of organisational purpose, leadership, team and individuals as key to the long term success and well being of an organisation.
